At least 10 comfortable seats, Wi-Fi, video projector with video conferencing facilities, balcony, air conditioning and heating. Lift access to the floor. The bathroom is shared with the private office.

A private place to focus

A private office with one workstation and desk, for individual work and confidential calls. Request it separately or with the meeting room or accommodation. The bathroom is shared with the meeting room.

Reference rates

Meeting room: €25 / hour · €90 / 4 hours · €150 / 8 hours. Private office: €15 / hour · €45 / 4 hours · €75 / 8 hours. VAT excluded. Availability, total price and any extras are communicated before payment. Ask for a tailored proposal for recurring use or accommodation combinations.

How it works

Send your request with the space, date, times and number of participants. We check availability and send the conditions and a payment link if the space is available. Once payment is received, we send your confirmation and access instructions. Submitting the form does not hold the space or confirm a booking.

For recurring business trips, consultants, technicians and small teams, we can tailor an agreement combining accommodation and workspaces around your company’s needs and frequency of use.

Welcome coffee and light lunches

Welcome coffee and light lunches can be arranged for companies in the meeting room on request, with advance booking and subject to availability. Arrangements and costs are agreed before confirmation.

After checking availability, we send the conditions and a credit card payment link. The workspace booking is confirmed only after receipt of the credit card payment. Confirmation and access instructions follow. Submitting a request does not reserve the space.
